RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges for items damaged in transit. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within seven days of receiving the product at info@collett.cc to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund 50% purchase price of your item.

Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.

Please contact our Customer Care team if you would like to make changes to an existing order.

Once your purchase has been completed, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This e-mail acts as an invoice and includes your order number.

Our standard order processing time is up to two business days. However, we may need a little more time to process your orders during peak periods.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to keep tabs on the progress of your delivery.

In order to help find the best fit, the following information is available on most every product page:

  • A size guide chart to help guide your buying experience.
  • Product-specific measurements (i.e., sleeve length, pant leg width etc.).
  • Size of the garment worn by the model, alongside their specific measurements.

The sizing can be found in the ‘Size Guide’ tab on any item’s product page.

Our Customer Care team is always available to answer any questions regarding measurements and fitting.

Taxes

The prices listed on individual product pages are calculated based on the location you are shopping from. In order to ensure you’re seeing the most accurate pricing, taxes and delivery fees while you browse, make sure to select your shipping country at the bottom of any page.

A pre-order is an order of an item of merchandise before it is readily available, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later date.

You can find estimated delivery times within all product descriptions. As soon as your pre-order item has completed its production duration and is ready to be sent, you'll receive an email with the estimated delivery date.

Once you've found what you're looking for, select your size and click Add To Bag. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or proceed straight to checkout.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. You can either create an account or proceed using our guest checkout.

We ship worldwide via USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Once you have input all necessary billing and shipping information, you may then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay and selected cryptocurrencies.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be sent directly to you.
